The Director of Facilities is a leader who can innovate, motivate, develop systems and create a vision for how Capital City’s facilities can support its program.

Lead the launch of the Apprenticeship Innovation District in the Northern Virginia and Maryland region. You will partner with local workforce boards, colleges, and employers to scale high-value apprenticeship programs. Requires a bold leader based in the DMV area with a drive to modernize workforce development.

Act as the technical leader bridging training and industry standards. You will use data to track apprentice progress, conduct labor market analysis, and support employer relationships. Requires strong Excel skills, tech proficiency, and a drive to mentor others.

Lead a hands-on evening course preparing adult learners for the ServiceNow CSA exam. You will guide students through platform configuration, architecture, and real-world use cases. Requires professional ServiceNow experience, a valid CSA credential, and availability to teach in-person.

Deliver hands-on instruction in Excel, SQL, and Python to prepare learners for data analyst roles. You will guide students through real-world datasets, data cleaning, and visualization. Requires expertise in pandas, SQL queries, and in-person availability.

Assist attorneys with litigation matters, document management, and federal filings in an IP law boutique. You will handle discovery, pleadings, and docketing. Requires 2+ years of district court litigation experience and strong organizational skills.

Oversee Capital Improvement projects from feasibility to construction with minimal supervision. You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholders for infrastructure and vertical projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relative experience.

Manage the operation, maintenance, and development of county parks and grounds. You will oversee capital projects, budgets, grant funding, and staff supervision. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of parks administration experience.

Drive bookings growth and manage the sales pipeline within the Federal space. You will develop new opportunities and work with partners to exceed sales objectives. Requires 7+ years of Federal System Integrator sales experience.

Build long-term relationships and drive sales within the Intelligence Community (CIA, DIA, NGA, NSA). You will execute the entire sales process from prospecting to award. Requires 3+ years of sales experience within the IC and TS/SCI clearance eligibility.

Manage IT solution sales specifically to the Dept. of Labor. You will develop strategic account plans, renew contracts, and leverage partner relationships to increase revenue. Requires experience selling to government agencies and managing matrixed resources.

Lead demand generation and direct sales for the Intelligence Community. You will manage Account Executives, build capture plans, and maintain C-level relationships. Requires 8+ years of federal solution sales experience and deep IC knowledge.

Own bookings growth and execute account strategies across the Federal territory. You will manage complex sales cycles and partner relationships to exceed sales objectives. Requires experience selling technical products (Nutanix, Cisco, Dell) to government agencies.

Responsible for selling IT solutions to United States Courts. You will develop favorable client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires experience selling technical products and knowledge of government contracts.
