Agentic System
An agentic system is a network of AI agents that don’t just respond to commands, but take initiative, coordinate with one another, and adapt their actions to a user’s needs. Each agent has a specialty—such as jobs, training, or resources—and together they reason and act in concert, like a team working behind the scenes.
This is different from traditional systems like job boards, which are static directories that only return what’s already listed. An agentic system is dynamic: it learns from the user, anticipates next steps, and continuously updates recommendations as new opportunities or resources emerge. Instead of making the user do all the searching and sorting, it proactively guides them toward the best fit.
